- Proactively call and follow up on leads to promote and sell solar battery products
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits, savings, and installation process of solar battery systems
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up schedules
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Australian head office and installation partners for seamless customer handovers
- Proven experience in Solar Sales Campaign is a must
- Experience in call center is a must
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Salesforce
