Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties according to their needs and budget
• Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, property listings, and referrals
• Conduct property tours, site visits, and open houses for potential buyers
• Provide clients with accurate information on property prices, legal requirements, and market trends
• Prepare and present sales proposals, property documents, and contracts
• Negotiate offers and close deals in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update client databases and property listings
• Coordinate with property developers, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on local market conditions, property values, and industry developments

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and online property platforms is a plus
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (if fieldwork is required)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• May require work on weekends, holidays, or outside regular office hours depending on client schedules
• Commission-based compensation with performance incentives
