Answers inquiries, phone calls, emails, messengers and other business related group and page.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Possesses in-depth product knowledge and be able to suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers in buying items that they need.
Achieves sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
Responsible for collecting payments from clients and ensuring that all outstanding balances are settled.
Coordinates with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
Monitors orders and coordinates with graphic artist and production assistants for completion of customers’ orders.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily inquiry reports, weekly work plans/strategies, order forms, weekly sales reports and other pertinent documents.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.

Syarat-syarat

Proven work experience as a sales representative.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
BS/BA degree or equivalent.
