• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Promote and present principal’s products to existing and potential customers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical assistance, product knowledge, and
• Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address inquiries or concerns
• Monitor and benchmark competitor pricing, strategies, and market activities
• Propose product pricing aligned with approved cost structures and management guidelines
• Coordinate with the Credit & Collection Department to monitor receivables and assist in managing aged account
• Assist inventory monitoring to ensure stock levels remain within buffer requirements
• Contribute ideas to improve sales performance, making strategies, and business growth
• Attend seminars, trainings, and self-development programs to strengthen technical and marketing capabilities

Job Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in flavors, seasonings, or food ingredients industry.
• Strong market connections in food sectors (processed meat, bakery, snacks, sauces, condiments).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, willing to travel, and capable of working independently or in a team

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science

• Food Technology / Chemistry/ Nutrition and Dietetics
