Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting suitable e-bikes based on needs and preferences.
• Present and explain product features, specs, and advantages.
• Assist the sales team in meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain sales reports, client records, and inventory updates.
• Help create marketing materials like posters and social media content.
• Provide customer service and after-sales assistance.
• Keep the showroom clean and ensure proper product displays.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or marketing support, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest in sales and marketing trends with drive to support business growth.
