Position Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Davao

Salary: Up to Php30k

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and guiding leads through the sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility is to execute well-structured sales programs, engage potential customers across multiple channels, and collaborate closely with your Production Manager and Client Success Managers to ensure the success of each campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Marketing, with proficiency in LinkedIn and sales strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in an office-based setup.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute outbound sales outreach through cold-calling, email, and social media to build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Deliver tailored sales pitches and scripts designed to address customer needs and convert prospects into qualified leads.·       
• Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and consultations while ensuring consistent engagement through proactive follow-ups.·       
• Source customer data and provide accurate product information while documenting all
• interactions in the tracking system.       
• Conduct market research and client surveys to gather insights and adjust sales strategies based on performance feedback.
