Job Title: Sales Agent

CITISTAR SHOPPING CENTER is a leading Retailer and Wholesaler company seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team.

Summary:

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present products/services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
