Outbound Sales Representative for Iloilo

Location: Iloilo

Work Set Up: Full time, Onsite, Night Shift (9PM - 6 AM)

Salary: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Marketing, with proficiency in LinkedIn and sales strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work in an office-based setup

Job Summary:

As a Outbound Sales Representative, you will be a key player in identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and guiding leads through the sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility is to execute well-structured sales programs, engage potential customers across multiple channels, and collaborate closely with your Production Manager and Client Success Managers to ensure the success of each campaign. Salary is up to P30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound sales outreach—including cold-calling, email, and social media engagement—to identify, attract, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Deliver effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to customer needs and interests to convert prospects into qualified leads.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients, including pre-qualification, arranging presentations or consultations, and ensuring consistent engagement through follow-ups.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products or services, addressing customer inquiries while maintaining discretion on pricing until the appropriate stage.
• Proactively source customer data from multiple channels and follow up on inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication tools.
• Accurately document customer details, interactions, and lead progress in the designated tracking systems.
• Conduct market research and client surveys to gather insights on potential clients, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Adjust sales strategies based on feedback and perform other related responsibilities, including non-voice tasks, as assigned by supervisors.
