• Present company loan products and partnership proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner organizations to ensure sustainable client engagement and loan portfolio growth.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns that strengthen brand visibility within target sectors.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory developments in the lending industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with institutional partners and key decision-makers.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets.
• Willingness to travel.
