Distribution & Market Expansion

•Visit assigned territories daily to promote and sell pet food to retail partners, pet clinics and pet stores.

•Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.

Order Booking & Sales Operations

•Manage daily sales booking and ensure timely order processing.

•Implement trade programs and ensure effective execution in the field.

•Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

•Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and on-ground promotional activities.

•Monitor and report to BDS the competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

•Execute trade marketing initiatives, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns.

Inventory & Stock Management

•Coordinate with sales admin for smooth order fulfillment.

•Track primary and secondary sales to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

•Conduct regular inventory to retail partners, pet clinics and pet stores.

Reporting

•Report directly to BDS regarding daily sales calls and submit weekly itinerary

•Submit weekly activity reports, competitors update and promos

•Daily reporting thru Viber using timestamp

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Animal Science, or related field

•2+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience (pet food or FMCG industry preferred)

•Strong understanding of the pet food industry, including formulations, regulatory requirements, and consumer trends

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

•Ability to travel as needed (up to 80%)
