About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Field Sales Specialists to promote and sell COSOVA Spring Mattress products to retail and wholesale furniture stores across Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The role focuses on territory coverage, store development, and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to furniture stores, mattress shops, and wholesale outlets within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• Present and promote mattress products to store owners, managers, and potential buyers.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with assigned stores and distributors.
• Monitor product displays, competitor activity, and store pricing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support brand expansion initiatives.
• Submit daily sales reports and store visit logs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in furniture, mattress, or field-based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Proactive, confident, and goal-driven.
• Willing to travel and conduct daily fieldwork across assigned areas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₱18,667 – ₱28,000
• Transportation Allowance Provided
• Sales Commission (details to be discussed during interview)
