The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling roofing materials and solutions to contractors, developers, construction firms, and end-users. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the roofing market (commercial, industrial, and residential).
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote roofing materials and systems.
• Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the technical and estimating teams.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and project developers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide management with strategic input.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction or roofing materials).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, building materials, or construction processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to project sites and client locations.
