Responsibilities

• Achieve individual target tonnage (Tonnage Performance Tonnage)
• Monitor sales quotations, sales orders, tonnage, conversion rates, and top customer performance
• Achieve individual target conversion rate (sales quotation-to-invoice conversion rate)
• Sell the company’s products and services by assisting customers with inquiries and orders via phone, email, SMS, and Viber
• Achieve individual target buying accounts by maintaining consistent ordering from top accounts and key drivers to propel business growth
• Achieve individual target for newly opened accounts by closing transactions with first-time buyers and new customers to generate additional volume
• Achieve individual target win-back accounts by reviving inactive clients and engaging them to renew long-term partnerships
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, completely, and on time
• Conduct fieldwork and build relationships with top customers to maximize face-to-face opportunities for winning back and opening new accounts
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time
