• High School / SHS / Vocational / College Undergrad or Graduate
• With or without experience (full training provided)
• Preferably with background in 2-wheel industry or sales
• Tech-savvy, especially with mobile phone usage

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license (Non-Pro / Pro)
• Must not have been employed by any SBFI partnered dealer within the last 1 year
• Must be willing to work on-field

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and scheduled applicants with their 2W loan inquiries
• Ensure assigned sales targets are consistently achieved
• Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan signing
• Perform field credit investigations and submit results within standard timelines
• Conduct KYC checks, validate IDs, verify signatures, and assist with contract signing
• Ensure complete submission of loan and dealer documents within the day or next day
• Arrange and submit loan folders to SBF Head Office/SMU for safekeeping
• Monitor customers’ first three installment payments
• Encourage customers with delayed payments through SMS, calls, or courtesy visits
• Provide updates to dealers regarding endorsed loan applications
• Maintain strong business relationships with assigned dealers
• Deliver excellent customer service for loan inquiries and application concerns
