Sales Associate (Insurance)

Location: Alabang

Work Set Up: Full time, Onsite, Day Shift

Salary: ₱20,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, building strong client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products in line with company offerings
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Ensure accurate documentation of client records and sales activities
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and company initiatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve overall business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience in the insurance industry
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang
