JOB RESPONSIBILITES : 

Provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Greet and direct customers
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Ensure cleanliness of the store
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Owner/Store Manager

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE :

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Staff, Sales Associate or similar role
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts
