Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Actively pursue new leads and prospects, including architects, interior designers, developers, and retail clients.

Identify potential clients through research, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Conduct client profiling to help identify the prospect’s preferences, budget, and decision-making process.

Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.

Provide after-sales support and assistance for order updates, deliveries, and additional requirements.

Address and resolve customer complaints timely and professionally.

Escalate unresolved issues to management to ensure timely resolution, prevent bigger problems, and enable informed decisions that protect the business and maintain client satisfaction.

Submit daily and weekly sales reports and summaries.

Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics team and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Participate in product training, sales meetings, and company events.

Support marketing initiatives by contributing to campaigns, launches, and events.
