The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving revenue and distribution targets across HORECA, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels. This role involves order management, customer service, coordination with supply chain/logistics, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of the seafood/frozen food market, and experience working across multiple sales channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination & Support

  • Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations and communications.
  • Coordinate with HORECA, General Trade, and Modern Trade clients for order taking, processing, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales quotations, product catalogs, and pricing sheets.


Order & Inventory Management

  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels and provide updates to the sales and procurement teams.
  • Follow up on pending orders and backorders to avoid service gaps.


Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal departments.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth handover.


Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and transactions.
  • Monitor credit limits and coordinate with finance for invoicing and collections.


Channel-Specific Support

  • HORECA: Customize offers, maintain seasonal menus, and align deliveries with chefs’ requirements.
  • General Trade: Support field sales reps with POS materials, route planning, and outlet development.
  • Modern Trade: Ensure planogram compliance, coordinate promotions, and track sell-through rates.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Understanding of cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling.
  • Familiarity with trade channel dynamics (HORECA, GT, MT).


Qualifications & Experience

  • College degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Coordination role, preferably in the frozen food or seafood industry.
  • Experience with channel sales coordination is a strong advantage.
