Bossjob is looking for a Field Sales Specialist to drive face-to-face outreach through sweep building visits and canvassing. This role focuses on promoting our recruitment platform, engaging directly with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to acquire new company sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits (sweep/door-to-door canvassing) to introduce our platform to prospective clients.
• Present the value proposition of our recruitment platform and assist companies with account registration.
• Gather basic company details and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Follow up with leads generated from field activities to encourage platform engagement and job postings.
• Provide feedback and insights from field visits to the Sales Team for continuous improvement.
• Represent the company professionally while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Strong adaptability and quick thinking when engaging with different clients.
• Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in the field and handling high activity levels.
• Outgoing, confident, and proactive personality.
• Basic communication skills in English and Filipino.
