Our client’s start-up company, Pet Friendly’s, is in need of assistance in making their brand known in the Pet Industry and to gain competitive advantage over others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming costumers, maintaining sales floor appearance, directing customers to goods, and operating cash registers
• Communicating benefits of company's products and services
• Ensures customer satisfaction / retention by uplifting customer experience
• Expedite resolution to customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and recommending them to management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Ad. (or similar)
• Have experience of 2-3 years in service or retail industry (preferably pet industry)
• Basic math skills, POS transactions, inventory management, customer service
• Collaborative, friendly, empathetic, approachable, observant
• Okay with Pets
• Willing to relocate or commute to Taguig, BGC (Near SM Aura)
