You shall be direct reporting to the company’s sales manager.

Qualifications:

• With atleast 6 months to 1 year relevant experience as a Merchandiser preferably in a fresh produce (fruits & vegetables, poultry section)
• Vocational or undergraduate degree are welcome to apply
• Must be flexible and hardworking
• Preferably residing Mandaluyong or near Mandaluyong
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Complete requirements
• Can start anytime!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure that stores and shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products
• Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store
• Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake
• Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers
• Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
• Communicate with customers and continually push to sell our products.
• Report daily to the sales manager regarding inventory and sales orders.
• Responsible for pick up & receiving incoming shipments to ensure produce is in good condition and accurately accounted for.
• Updating inventory records ensures stocks are kept at an appropriate level.
