The Sales Support Technician will provide technical assistance to the Business Development Officers/Manager regarding customer concerns or requirements. As well as assist with loading activities for assigned accounts to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Additionally, responsible for prospecting potential accounts, delivering presentations, and preparing necessary quotations.
