Regularly update the team on product developments and innovations.
Create a detailed business plan that includes trading terms agreement, incentives, and expenses control.
Negotiate trading terms with medical institutions and pharmacy chains.
Create and implement incentive programs for both team members and partners.
Set challenging sales targets, follow-up on a regular basis and adjust if needed.
Define clear and ambitious sales goals for the medical channel.
Monitor performance and revise targets based on market conditions.
Make detailed and accurate sales forecasts on a regular basis.
Analyze historical data and current trends to project sales figures.
Report forecasts to management for operational planning.
Create strong relationships with existing customers, KOLs by meeting them.
Engage with medical professionals, dermatologists, and pharmacists to promote products.
Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders in the medical community.
Plan and develop our customers expansion in the medical channel.
Identify and target new opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Develop strategies to increase market share in untapped medical segments.
Understand sales team processes and find ways to improve them. o Optimize workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. o Implement tools and technologies to streamline sales operations.
Create a competitive yet collaborative team environment. o Foster a culture of teamwork and shared success among team members. o Encourage friendly competition to drive performance.
Have an excellent collaboration with the marketing department for trainings, events, market surveys, trade promotion and reporting.
Align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns.
Contribute to event planning, training programs, and customer feedback analysis.
Present and explain sales report to management on a regular basis.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing sales performance and opportunities. o Offer actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Foster strong collaboration with teams in Vietnam:

Syarat-syarat
Pharmacist degree Bachelor of Master in Business Administration or related fields
At least 3 years as Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager
