Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, hospitality, and service industries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market share.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas for POS solutions and related services.
• Deliver product demonstrations showcasing POS hardware, software, and integrations.
• Assess client requirements and recommend tailored POS configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth installation and deployment.
• Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales technical support.
• Train clients on system usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Collect customer feedback to improve product features and usability.
• Partner with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, retail expos, and industry events.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in POS or retail technology.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, payment gateways, and integrations (e.g., inventory, CRM, ERP).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
