Design, deliver, and monitor training programs while ensuring quality standards across customer-facing and technical teams. You’ll coach employees, conduct audits, and raise overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs (new hire, refresher, technical).

• Conduct QA audits on customer interactions and technical work.

• Track training effectiveness and QA compliance scores.

• Provide coaching to address performance gaps.

• Maintain training decks, SOPs, and knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in training, QA, or learning & development.

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.

• Background in customer service, technical support, or solar is an advantage.
