DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies training needs and conducts training programs as prescribed in an effective, timely and cost efficient manner;
• Ensures proper information campaign of the following but not limited special offers, incentive programs.
• Submits timely, accurate and complete reports.
• Managing the learning and professional development of each distributor/business partner through training.
• Conducts Training Needs Analysis.
• Conducts virtual training.
• Plans, Develop and facilitates training programs to develop skills, knowledge and behavior.
• Assess the training needs of every center’s and branches.
• Manages the training schedules to selected speakers.
• Budget Analysis, allocation and requesting for funding.
• Conducts meeting after meeting to every center operator.
• Performs other assignment as requested by department head (e.g hosting event when needed).

Requirements:

• Willing and able to work extended hours when needed.
• Open to travelling (Nationwide) and can work with minimum supervision.
• Strong in the following competencies: Communication Skills; Drive for Results; Presentation Skills;
• Interpersonal Savvy; Class Control & Humor; High Regard to Standards; Functional/Technical Skills and Perseverance.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Education/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development.
• Direct selling experience is an advantage.
