RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
• Creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Delivering training sessions, both in-person and remotely, using various training methodologies.
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
• Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in a sales or product-related context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
