Position: Vice President (Retail Operations & Sales)

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: Php200,000-Php300,000 (Negotiable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.
• Amenable to attend interviews

• Can start as soon as possible

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term retail sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.
• Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify new business opportunities, retail formats, and market development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
• Drive improvements in store processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize sales performance.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize retail execution and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and sales metrics, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the retail sales leadership team to build a high-performing, results-driven organization.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
