Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to warehouse management and logistics processes.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
Configure SAP MDM, MM, WM modules (e.g., warehouse structure, storage bins, put away and picking strategies, inventory management) based on business requirements.
Customize and enhance the MDM, MM, WM module to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Provide day-to-day support for the SAP MDM, MM, WM module, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Perform system maintenance tasks, including regular system updates and upgrades.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the SAP MDM, MM, WM solutions.
Coordinate with business users for user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-offs.
Prepare detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.
Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate end-user adoption and proficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, or computer science, or equivalent.
Proven experience as an SAP MDM/MM/WM Analyst or a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Process (end-to-end)
Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP).
Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming.
Management and logistics processes within a business context.
Proficient in configuring SAP MDM, MM, WM modules, including warehouse structure, storage bins, put away and picking strategies, and inventory management.

Willingness to work 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon city.
