The Patient Care Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling processes, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced BPO healthcare environment.

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to confirm availability
• Maintain and update patient records in electronic health systems (EHR/EMR)
• Communicate appointment details, changes, and confirmations to patients via phone, email, or SMS
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with pre-authorization processes when required
• Monitor patient waitlists and prioritize scheduling based on urgency and provider availability
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns

• 6 months and above call center experiences
• At least HS graduates / SHS Grad or Graduate of health-related course
• At least 18 years old and above
• Able to handle work pressures
• Willing to work onsite/ night shift / shifting schedules
• Willing to work in an international pure voice account
