What you'll be doing:

• Assist office and operations
• Perform and manage admin/general duties
• Ensure confidentiality and security of departmental documents.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for Strategic Operations leadership.
• Manage office communications, emails, phone calls, and coordination tasks.
• Maintain and organize all operations-related files, reports, forms, and databases.
• Coordinate and communicate daily and weekly workloads to department leads and teams
