JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (creating documents/quotations).
• Experience in a similar customer-facing or administrative role is a plus.
• Experience in Automotive/ Car wash is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Service: Assist all walk-in and call-in customers with inquiries about our services (washing, detailing, etc.).
• Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate service quotations quickly and efficiently.
• Team Monitoring: Monitor the workflow of our Wash-boys and Detailers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Client Management: Handle the release process, including collecting car keys and accurately gathering customer contact details.
