Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager who will spearhead the growth of our Finished Goods Division. This role will focus on exploring market opportunities, identifying new product lines, building partnerships, and driving brand and sales growth—both through physical channels and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies for finished goods under the brand NUTRALANE.
• Conduct market research and identify new product opportunities or potential suppliers.
• Assist in product sourcing, evaluation, and coordination for FDA registration.
• Manage and grow online sales channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and resellers.
• Prepare sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, product management, or e-commerce.
• Background in FMCG, food supplements, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
