• Community Operations: Plan, manage, and execute community operation strategies based on platform goals and community positioning, including community events and daily content operations, to grow the community user base and increase user activity and loyalty.
• Community User Management: Manage users through refined segmentation based on user tags and behavior, and distribute differentiated content across various channels/platforms/community accounts to improve user conversion rates.
• Data Analysis & Feedback: Regularly monitor community data (new users, active users, retention, conversion, etc.), evaluate operational performance, and propose optimization suggestions.

Requirements:

• Over 1 year of experience in community or user operations; candidates with experience building a community from scratch are preferred.
• Familiar with community tools and engagement strategies, understands user psychology, and skilled at creating interactions and topics.
• Strong cross-department communication and project coordination skills.
• Solid data analysis and review capabilities, able to continuously optimize operations with a goal-oriented approach.
