We’re looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Team Lead to coordinate projects, manage subcontractors, and ensure top-quality service to our clients. • Oversee service delivery projects nationwide
• Lead a small technical team and manage subcontractors
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers
• Track project progress and update local management on ongoing and upcoming projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or technical roles
• Hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects is a plus
• Customer-facing experience is a plus
• Exposure to technical tasks or systems is a plus
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; Bisaya preferred
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required
