Primary Responsibilities

• Provision, install, configure, operate and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications
• Interface with the ServiceNow vendor for all operational requests / issues / needs
• Drive monthly software releases
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes
• Document administrative processes
• Monitor and work catalog request tickets
• Monitor and work incident tickets
• Continuously work toward simplification, automation, and innovation of enterprise ServiceNow instance
• Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies
• Proactively identify and communicate issues as they arise
• Answering technical queries and assisting users
• Troubleshooting any reported problems

What skills/attributes are a must have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) solution, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) a plus
• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in an enterprise environment including data management, service automation, core application administration, populating of knowledge base, service catalog, creating workflows, collaboration, database administration, self-service and process automation, scripting, and application tool maintenance
• 3+ years of experience with Agile scrum methodology
• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow reporting functionality
• Proven ability to develop and build effective partnerships and relationships, collaborating and influencing broadly and at multiple levels in the organization
