1. To install and test the water cooler unit following the company and clients specifications.
2. To do maintenance and repair services according to the schedule provided by the manager/immediate head.
3. To exhibit professionalism in doing the services to the client.
4. To undergo training about the technicalities of the product and the processes of the installation, maintenance, and repair.
5. Assist in maintaining product and consumables inventory and perform warehouse task as needed.
6. To collect pertinent documents from clients related to the service rendered and to make sure all documents and reports are filed/returned to the office.
7. Assist Finance Department in the collection effort by handling our statement of accounts (SOAs), letter, collect subscription, process POS payment and collect other forms of payment.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years work experience in a related field
• Plumbing and electrical skills
• Communication and reporting skills
• Willing to be trained.
• Ability to work in high pressure, deadline driven environment.
• Driving skills (2 or 4 wheeled vehicles) with LTO License
