The ICT Technical Specialist I is responsible for maintaining all staff PCs, laptops, printers and other hardware of their designated company/location; maintenance and administration of all PCs, laptops, printers and other hardware physical inventory and records; overall PC, laptop, printer and telephone connectivity; coordination with other sites and third parties on hardware repairs.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience in network connectivity and maintenance
• PC hardware and troubleshooting/repair preferred
