• Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Sourcing replacement parts.
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
• Render printer service to client
• Diagnose and troubleshoot computers and printers/machines
• Provide machined preventive maintenance service deployed at client
• Demo and installation of printers/machines
• Testing of brand-new printers/machines purchased
• Assist client on-call to address solutions to complains
• Suggest recommendations or alternative solutions to problems
• Ensure proper turnover of documents (invoices, delivery, pull out, collection and official receipts) and check and/or cash collections

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any computer related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Knowledgeable in different varieties of printers and embroidery machines
• Willing to Train and in flexible time
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willing to do fieldworks
