- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, excellent project management abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction activities, ensure project adherence to timelines, and coordinate with teams.
- Working Conditions: On-site presence required, often in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and possess leadership qualities.
