Advantage Concrete Industries Corporation is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Calatagan Batangas. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects by accurately measuring and mapping the land and other physical features. What you'll be doing

• Conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other physical features
• Preparing detailed maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data
• Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey data is accurately interpreted and applied
• Utilizing surveying equipment, such as theodolites, levels, and GPS devices, to collect and record data
• Care and proper maintenance of survey tools and equipment
• Preparation of safety permits and other clearances require before field survey
• Ensuring all survey work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Providing technical support and guidance to other members of the construction team as needed
• Implement safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.

• A bachelor's degree in surveying, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field, preferably with license.
• Preferably with experience working as a Surveyor in the construction industry
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, such as AutoCAD and GIS
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret survey data and identify potential issues
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
