Main Responsibilities

For Video Editor:

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Add effects, music, captions, and transitions for engaging content
• Collaborate with the content creator for creative direction
• Act on camera for social media content when needed

For Content Creator:

• Plan and create engaging social media content
• Learn how to increase views and engagement to reach the right audience
• Assist the live seller if she/he needs help
• Keep up with social media trends and viral content ideas
• Act on camera for social media content when needed

Extra Tasks

(Only if the assigned staff for that role is unavailable or not yet filled)

•Repack customer orders

•Count stocks and assist in inventory

•Maintain cleanliness of the work area

•Check and reply to emails or messages

•Assist in live selling sessions when needed

•Look for potential affiliates or help answer customer inquiries

•Initiate to help your workmate for teamwork (you'll benefit too—if sales increase because of teamwork, you'll get more incentives)

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or fresh college graduate welcome to apply
• Must love and be active on social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Willing to learn and motivated to grow with the company
• Comfortable acting on camera for social media content
• Goal-oriented, focused, not easily distracted, and shows initiative

No experience needed, I can train. But you should love to watch tiktok or reels to have ideas. Passionate to create topic or content and you can ask chatgpt’s help to create content is okay.
