Responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across all social media platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role involves creating engaging content and graphics, scheduling posts, responding to inquiries and comments, and monitoring engagement to improve brand visibility and audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company pages on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create graphics, captions, and short videos for daily or weekly posting
• Plan and execute social media calendars and campaigns
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Track engagement, reach, and other metrics to evaluate campaign performance
• Stay updated on current social media trends and content strategies

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)
• Creative eye for content and strong copywriting skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Experience in content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) is a plus
