• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year experience in social media management or e-commerce operations.
• Knowledgeable in Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and online selling platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, Clicklinks).
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Basic understanding of online marketing and customer service.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company social media accounts and online stores.
• Create and post engaging content and product updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and e-commerce sites.
• Coordinate with store and marketing teams for promotions and product availability.
• Monitor online orders, reviews, and performance reports.
