Key Responsibilities

• Manage and actively engage with Facebook communities and audiences across TikTok and Instagram.
• Perform daily story resharing across all brands to ensure consistent activity and visibility.
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging captions and upload content while maintaining brand tone, voice, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative social media strategies and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance overall performance and engagement.
• Support the marketing team in executing ad hoc tasks, campaigns, and special projects as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in completing assigned tasks.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating visually appealing graphics.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, including platform best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to craft concise and engaging captions.
• Willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday, with work-from-home arrangements on Sundays.
• Willingness to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
