The Social Media Artist is responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand content for the company’s social media platforms. This role combines artistic creativity with social media trends to capture audience attention, promote brand identity, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong design skills and a keen understanding of social media aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, animations, and visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure all visual content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.
• Stay updated with social media trends, visual storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
• Edit photos and videos for posts, stories, reels, and ads.
• Prepare content calendars in coordination with the social media manager.
• Optimize visuals for various digital formats, ensuring high-quality presentation across devices.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
• Track performance of visual content and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital art/design.
• Strong proficiency in design and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous digital artwork, social media content, or relevant projects.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
