What You Will Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, schedules, and company policies.
• Use approved response templates while still maintaining a warm, human tone.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal team.
• Track frequently asked questions and report trends to management.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications.
• Ensure all messages are attended to within agreed response-time targets.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Experience handling customer inquiries on social media.
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly without compromising accuracy.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social messaging tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for WFH setup).
