• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proactively checks system errors
• Provides on-site support
• Provides technical assistance and solutions to meet client expectations
• Strong work ethic and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Description

• Support the sales team by effectively presenting and selling Delsan’s software product solutions
• Analyze customer queries
• Represent and promote products to customers, including identifying product market opportunities
• Diagnose and solve hardware/software/network faults
• Analyze communication logs to spot underlying issues
• Provide individual solutions for customizing and bug fixing
• Handle installation, configuration, and implementation of software on customer networks, both remote and on-site
• Train new customers on software operation and integration into their processes
