Job Summary:

Oversee and manage all store and inventory operations to ensure the timely and accurate supply of materials for US Military catering operations. This role requires

strict adherence to structured systems, food safety standards, and operational discipline to support seamless kitchen and service operations. The Store Supervisor will lead the store team to maintain accurate inventory control, efficient workflows, and readiness for mission-driven catering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all daily store operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
  • Ensure all storage processes follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory control standards to minimize waste and spoilage.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to guarantee timely delivery of ingredients, equipment, and supplies for production and service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular stock reports for planning and management.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with procurement and planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Enforce strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards in all storage areas.
  • Conduct routine audits of storage facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for inspections.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor store staff to maintain a disciplined and efficient team culture.
  • Support operational planning by forecasting material needs based on production schedules and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management (experience in institutional or military catering preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, including FIFO and stock rotation principles.
  • Leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team in a structured and disciplined environment.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and food safety requirements for storage and handling of sensitive food products.
  • Ability to work under mission-driven schedules and operational pressures.
  • Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written).
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for work assignments.
  • Strong commitment to accountability, teamwork, and compliance with established systems and procedures.
