Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen execution by strictly following all SOPs for daily operation.
• Drive team performance through direct supervision, training, and motivation.
• Maintain high service quality and help the team understand how their work impacts restaurant KPIs.
• Assist the management team in all back-of-house operations.
